Most common router problems can be fixed quickly without us. Routers will typically have lights that indicate the status of your home network, as well as a reset button.

Eero 6
On the front of your Eero, there is a single LED status light.
To reset the Eero, simply hold the reset button for 7 seconds or until the LED
blinks yellow.
Netgear WAX202
On the front of your Netgear, there are seven LED status lights. From top to bottom, the lights represent power, internet, LAN ports 1-3, 2.4 GHz WLAN, and 5 GHz WLAN respectively.
NOTE: This router should not be reset.
ZTE MC801A (5g)
On the front of your ZTE 5G router, there are six LED status lights. From top to bottom, the lights represent signal (top three lights), network, WiFi, and power respectively.
To reset the ZTE 5G router, press and hold the reset hole for about 3 seconds to restore the factory settings.
