If your speeds fall below the minimum guaranteed, we have 30 days from being informed to fix the issue. If we can't, we will let you leave us and provide a refund for the month.
Our speed guarantee covers the speed between our core network and your Brillband-supplied Eero 6 router.
We can’t guarantee WiFi speeds as there are lots of things that can affect it such as distance, the age of your device, router positioning, and building materials. However, we provide you with a WiFi 6 router, which results in faster speeds, better capacity, and improved coverage compared to WiFi 5 routers.
