Our contracts are for 18 months and we won't increase the price of your broadband during your contract. We'll give you 90, 60, and 30-day prompts to let you know you're coming to the end of your contract.
We will increase our price by £5 at the end of the contract and 90, 60 and 30-day notifications will be given to let you know you are coming to the end of your contract.
If you renew with us, we will provide you with the new customer price or the £5 increase - whichever is cheaper. We will then further protect you from in-contract price rises via our contract for another 18 months.
